There was lots of talk at RACE 2 about Edward Anderson's skills on the trails. His convincing win was impressive and demonstrates his supreme technical prowess on his home trails. Check out this amazing video of Anderson and teammate Josh Craig as they take all the best lines in RVA. 

 

Richmond, Virginia is home to over 20 miles of mountain bike trails, all of which are within a 15 minute ride from downtown. The ability to go for an hour long ride on single track while staying within about 7 miles of the city is mind blowing.

setback with ben king

Local Virginia Pro Tour rider, Ben King, has been a long-time supporter of VAHS MTB Series. When he is in town, he is often in attendance at races. His younger brother, Jake King, participated is four seasons of VAHS MTB Series and won a race in 2014. This past winter, Ben King had a setback when he broke his leg in a training crash just a few weeks prior to his first race of the season.
